ECHO CARDIOGRAM
Tissue Doppler Echo Cardiogram:
It permits an assessment of myocardial motion using Doppler ultrasound imaging, often with color cording. The technique uses frequently shifts of ultrasound waves to calculate myocardial velocity; this is similar to routine Doppler ultrasound to assess blood flow, but its technological features focus on lower velocity frequency shifts.
The use of ultrasound to visualize cardiac structure. The heart's valves, walls and chambers can be evaluated and intracardiac masses or clots can often be seen.
SPIRO METRY-LUNG FUNCTION TEST
The Diagnostic Centre will be equipped with reputed & reliable manufacturer model RMS 401 PC Spirometer Kit (PC-based) Computer Inter Face. The highlight of the unit is as under:
A Record made by a spirograph demonstrating lung volumes and air flow and respiratory movements.
- THE AMOUNT OF AIR THAT A PERSON CAN STILL INHALE BY SPECIAL EFFORT AFTER A NORMAL INSPIRATION.
- THE VOLUME OF AIR THAT CAN STILL BE EXHALED AFTER A NORMAL EXHALATION.
- VISUAL AND VOCAL STIMULI ARE GIVEN TO THE PATIENT TO PRODUCE MAXIMUM EFFORT DURING DEEP BREATHING, INCENTIVE SPIROMETRY IS USED MOST OFTEN IN POSTOPERATIVE PATIENTS TO PREVENT ATELECTASIS. (A COLLAPSED OR AIRLESS CONDITION OF THE LUNG).
COMPUTERISED ECG (Electro Cardio Gram)
Study of Heart Condition
The Diagnostic Centre is equipped with reputed manufacturer model RMS PC ECG 121 (1) (pc based) kit interpretation machine. The highlight of the unit is as under :

The ECG gives important information concerning the spread of electricity to the different parts of the heart and is used to diagnose rhytm and conduction disturbances, myocardial infarction or ischemia, chamber enlargement and metabolic disorders among others.
BERA (Brainstem Evoked Response Audiometery)
Audiometery :
The Study of hearing disorders through identification and evaluation of hearing loss. This method is used to test the hearing of individuals especially children who cannot be tested in the usual manner.
T.M.T (Tread Mill Test)
Stress Test of the Heart:
The Diagnostic Centre will be equipped with reputed & reliable Manufacturer model RMS TMT Mark-II Stress Test Hardware (PC-based) Machine. The highlight of the unit is as under:
A conveyor belt for walking or running in place, the speed of movement and angle of inclination can be varied during tests according to cardiopulmonary status.
NCV (Nerve Conduction Velocity)
To check the velocity of the Nerves in particular to Hands and Legs.
